I needed a way to mount a license plate to my bumper. I didn't feel like drilling holes in my bumper and I had no double-sided automotive tape handy. What I had were zip ties.

Supplies:
2 zip ties long enough to attach to your bumper
4x screws/bolts (M6-1.00 x 10)
4x hex nuts (M6-1.00)
4x flat washers (6mm)

I used ABS since I had some on hand the same color as my bumper.
