Simple ESP32 S3 SuperMini case with mounting option. Print with vase mode, base with 1mm bottom layers (5 for 0.2mm) and cap with 0.6mm bottom layers (3 for 0.2mm). Included fusion360 file if you want to play with the fit, height can be adjusted either with fusion or simply cutting the case in slicer. 

Idea for the higher usb “slot” is to fit outgoing cables along with the usb cable. My super minis stay put quite well (even when mounted upside down), but you can use a dab of hot glue or something to hold the pcb in place if necessary. 

Split to objects in slicer and flip the cap “upside down” (hex to bottom). Enable vase mode, you can print them with one file if you enable “complete individual objects” in slicer (in “print settings” => Output options for prusa slicer, needs “normal” or expert mode. Be sure to check your hot end size for spacing!)

As with “all” vase mode prints, this is really lightweight (does not use excess filament) and quick to print, even with conservative settings on ender 3v2 the “full height” case and cap is only 9 minutes.
