I had wanted my imac to sit lower to the desk but this is not so easy because the standard imac stand cannot be adjusted vertically.

So I ended up removing the stand behind and 3d print a support that allows the imac to sit closer to the desk, but not totally blocking the air inlet for cooling.

This is probably useless for those who uses a more modern imac but for poor people like myself who is still using the old dinosaur, this is useful. Hope this helps someone out there! :-)
