Best to be printed at 0.18 layer height. it looks well in any way, but above 0.22 it looks rough. 

I also reccoment ironing .

Have not printed it with ABS, but if you do, you can polish it with some acetone, but be carefull

Easy to print, can change fillaments on the last 3-4 layers so that the text can be of a different color.
