Modified senorjp's original design to turn the servo 90 degrees so it will sit flush with the valve. I also adjusted it to use a Dahl half inch PEX to half inch PEX valve. I'm using some MG996R servos (or really some cheap knockoffs) to drive the valve.

Edit: Added a longer version of the coupler to make the fit a little more snug.
