This wand allows the user to pick up securely eggs laying on their side safely and easily. It works great for helping dye eggs without the messy fingers caused by touching the eggs.  It also works great for placing eggs in and taking eggs out of water when boiling them without burning yourself if printed out of the correct material. The best part is after grabbing the egg is as simple as rotating it so that the long direction of the egg is in line with the handle and the egg comes right out. I recommend printing the handle with 20% infill and the fingers solid to save printing time and get a good robust final product. Having tested on a bunch of different size eggs it appears to work well despite the differences in sizes but depending on your material you may want to scale it up or down. Just measure your largest point of the egg and make sure the fingers are far enough apart to easily remove the egg. Polycarbonate recommended if using in boiling water, otherwise abs, asa or petg work great for dyeing. Ive included a 3mf of my print settings for refrence.
