Here is a model I made myself. You can edit the names and shapes as you like in Fusion 360. I also have a video:

Print settings is up to you here is some parameters:

Layer height: 0.1 - 0.22

Plastic: Anything from Tpu to PETg

Downlaod the Jarv2.f3d file and edit as you desire.
