No sorry, it's not an insult. I created this noodle eye shape from pool noodles as a frame to hold up special hologram netting for laser projection.

It is made from pool noodles 72mm diameter and an inner diameter of 20mm.
The connector pieces are designed to fit snug in the pool noodle with large barbs to prevent it from slipping out.

The special hinged part is designed to attach to a g-clamp which is then attached to a light rail at various venues.

You could scale, combine and slice the stl's to suit your needs in any decent slicer or modify the included OpenSCAD (.scad) file.

I printed the parts in PETG because PLA can deform under load over time. 0.4mm nozzle, layer height of 0.3, infill 25% and no supports. Maybe a 3mm brim is a good idea to keep the print in place.
