Using ABS-X: all parts printed with the same settings:
Temperature 240deg
0.2mm height,
First layer 0.25mm.
31% infill
3 perimeters
4 top layers
5 bottom layers
Support material to generate 1mm pattern spacing. 90 degrees pattern angle.
Support only under under catch and hinges.

Hardware required: 4 off M3x45mm cap head screws.
The screws thread straight into the plastic. An M3 tap can be partially ran through to make this easier.

Snap off 2 catch support pillars after printing.

I found it best to fit the hinge bolts with the box open. This makes alignment easier.
