I saw a hook holder made Smiksky on the Positron's discord and wanted to try it out.

Smiksky's design uses a bearing to allow the fillament to roll.

I did not have a bearing for it, but i tought i could use some PTFE tubes instead since the Voron spool holders use the same trick.

All other parts i got from the LDO Positron kit:

• 1 M3x25 SHCS screw.
• 2 M3x6 or M3x8 FHCS screws.
• 2 13mm PTFE tubes (it can be capricorn or reverse bowden) (i use a 50mm length that comes in the kit which is not used).
• 1 M3x4x5 heatset insert.

Instructions:

1. Cut the PTFE tubes into a 13 mm length and place it on the holder part.
2. Insert the heatset insert on the holder part.
3. screw the stopper and the holder together with the M3x6 (or M3X8, it has space for either one) FHCS, make sure the PTFE tubes go in the holes on the stopper end too.
4. Attach the holder with the M3X25 SHCS through the rail hole(same as the original stopper).

This holder only works with spools that have a lip around the edge, such as cardboard spools
