This model is a toolhead sensor i created for my ender 5 s1, after a couple of tweaks it has never missed a beat, I needed it for my LDO box turtle kit and I am so happy with it i decided to release it, I needed to make it as short a possible as i have an enclosure and linear rails so my toolhead sits way higher and would rub against the hood.
you will need the following items:

| ECAS04 bowden collet | 1 |
| D2HW-C201H microswitch | 1 |
Build Instructions:
- push the collet into the circular section in the top of the model (be gentle this can crack the model)
- place the bearing in the slot so it sits nicely in the groove at the bottom and place the microswitch most of the way over the top of the bearing with the 3 pins facing outwards.
- screw in the m3 bolt but do not tighten all the way.
- using a spare bit of filament put it through the collet and out the other side of the model, push and pull the filament in and out of the model whilst listening to the click sounds of the microswitch and adjust the switch position accordingly, you want to hear it click every time the filament passes alongside the bearing (this ensures its accurate).
- once you are happy with the position of the microswitch tighten up the m3 bolt.
- optional but recommended: solder a female 3 pin JST 90 degree angle connector to the microswitch (i bent the pins outwards to make it fit nicely)
also for the cable I bought some 3 core 24AWG cable and some 3 pin JST connectors (they're all over amazon).
I took out the creality filament sensor and plugged it into my JST extension cable that plugs into this and it has worked flawlessly since.
