I got my micrometer from second hand without the original one, so i printed it.

It is designed for 17mm diameter shaft and 1.5mm wide slot in it. 

Works well, only downside is that it is wide (so it won't definitely break off the “tooth”), but if you feel brave, you can try to cut it in slicer.
