Instructions
Parts:
Printed parts from both STL files.4 #608 skate bearings.14 #1 x 3/8 Button head servo hold down screws. You can get these from J&R Hobby Hardware at: http://www.jrhobbyhardware.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=108_109
Instructions:

Print the STL file at a .25mm Layer height, 25% infill, with 2 extra shells. Both ABS and PLA work, but I prefer the PLA because it's stiffer.

Slide the 4 bearings onto the posts.

Use 4 screws to attach the bearing keeper disks.

Use 4 screws to mount the end plate (The part without bearings) to the end of the sides. The end plate goes on the end of the sides closest to the vertical slots.

Use 4 screws to attach the fixed bearing plate (The one with the holes in the ends) to the other end of the sides. It goes next to the lightning holes.

Just drop the movable bearing plate (The one with the tab on the ends) into the slot that best fits your spool. It should sit flush with the tops of the sides.

Customizing:
You can change the spool widths by updating the array variable SpoolWid. Just make sure the first one is the biggest and the last one is the smallest. You can add more spool widths as well, just make sure there is at least 3 to 4 mm between them so the spaces between the slots don't get too small. Also, change the variable SpoolCnt to the number of spool widths you have.
