This is a collection of useful fixtures and holders for active development on new features for the Ardumower with 2021 case.

PCB Holder

With these holders the PCB can be fixed on the open Ardumower to better have access to the board and the components.

The holders keep the PCB stable for test drives while the the Ardumower is open. For driving I have mounted a 30 x 23 cm wooden plate for the rear coaster and the GPS antenna.

The PCB can be fixed to the holders with a small tap screw (2.9 x 6.5 mm).

Printing:

Both front and rear holder have to be mirrored for the other side.

Emergency Button Holder

With this holder the emergency button can be fixed on the Ardumower side while the cover plate is not available.

Printing:

No support needed.

Sensor Carrier

With this carrier additional sensors can be mounted on the PCB of an opened Ardumower.

It provides fixtures for 3 sensors:

• Lidar LD06
• IMU MPU6050
• H/T sensor HTU21

The carrier is mounted on the Grand Central M4 PCB using 2 existing holes.

You additionally need 2 spacers M3 x 5 mm with M3 screws or nuts to attach the carrier to the PCB.
 

If you prefer more stability, you can add an additional support block on one side using 2 tap screws 2.2 x 6.5 mm.
