If you stand the welder up it falls over when you use the ends. If you lay it flat you wind up lifting it up when trying to use it. This stand is at a 45 angle that help alleviate both problems. It is currently set for a width of 85mm but the side keepers will slide from that in and out for different widths using 3mm screws to lock down. The frame is design on 45-degree angles, so no supports needed. Use a little hotter tip for PLA, like 205C to get better layer adhesion. The framework is pretty light. Use 25 to 30 infill with 3 walls.
