Printed filament spool holder. No bearings or moving parts. The spool slides with friction.

Intended for 200mm diameter spools (750g and 1000g). Should work with spool sizes between 190-210mm. The model comes in three different widths to match different spool widths.

Print the model laying on its side. The layer lines are slippery allowing the spool to rotate by sliding. PETG is recommended for minimal friction, but PLA or ABS probably works just fine as well.

Print two copies and attach the two halves with two 30mm M3 SHCS or BHCS.

Not tested with cardboard spools.
