Instructions

To generate a box from the blender file.

1. Install 3d print plugin.
2. Load the blender file.
3. For each element (box, lid, button) do the following

3a. Make visible and copy the item marked 1B (Base) to a new name (e.g. box_outside_1B => box)

3b. Now select the new object (e.g. box)

3c. Apply to the main selected object, in order the Boolean operations, U=union, D=difference. (e.g. select box, add modifier, Boolean, difference, box_inside_2D)

3e. in the 3D printing tools select make manifold 4. Select the main object and in 3D printing press export (ensure STL is the selected format)

NOTE: you will need a raft for the button, after pushing the button through the hole in the lid work it around with a set of pliers to loosen it up.

Tested on a MB Replicator 2.
