Quick release for a banner ornament to fit a pole with a 25mm inner diameter and 28mm outer diameter and an ornament that can be glued into a 10mm hole.

I made this for my scout group Träkvista Sjöscoutkår, and it is made to fit the ornament of the Guides and Scouts of Sweden (Scouterna).

Since the one i made was a little bit complicated to get the thread started on, i added a v2 which has a taper in the bottom that should help out with that.
