The Pluto-120 is an ultra-light and rigid 120 mm wheelbase unibody toothpick frame designed for efficient and responsive 3-inch micro builds. The geometry is optimized for stiffness and low weight, making it ideal for quiet park cruising, and long-range micro setups.

Provides the best trade-off between strength and toothpick-class weight.
Motor Recommendations
Optimized for 1102, 1103, 1202.5, 1203.5 motors.
Can also handle lightweight 1303 builds.

- 2S: 6000-12000 Kv
- 3S: 4000-8000 Kv
Propeller Size
Supports 3" (75 mm) props.

Screw Sizes
- Motor screws: M2 × 4–5 mm

3D Print Recommendations
Material: TPU (95A)
Suggested prints:
- Toothpick canopy (any 25.5 mm whoop canopy)
- Battery holder (strap or Flywoo-style slot version)
🏗 Build Tips
- Tighten the stack screw with a nut under the AIO to reduce noise
- Use M2 washers under motor screws to prevent carbon delamination
- Place the battery centrally for the best CG
- Keep wiring extremely short to avoid noise and save weight
