This is a replacement gear for a KitchenAid Pasta Roller (KSMPSA).

If something gets jammed in the rollers, there is a brass rod that will shear as a safety feature. Because this is made from PLA, I figured it would have a lower shear force than the brass it's replacing. I've been using this in my pasta roller for months without issue.

I designed this with a 0.2mm tolerance for my printer, printed at 0.2mm layer height with 100% infill.
