This face shield was designed for fast printing, easy assembly without the use of a laser cutter, and flexible fit.
5 shields can be printed at once on a Prusa MK3S. With typical PETG print settings the print time is less than 6hrs or approx. 1hr 12min per shield.
Additionally there is no need to precisely cut holes into the clear shield, as it can be easily assembled with self tapping screws.

3mf files are attached for 1pc and 5pcs with fairly print settings. Faster print settings possible.
For easy modification of headband slots and other features .step files are included.
Materials Used
Printed Bands (PETG Preferred)
6, 3/8" Sheet Metal Screws or Close Equivalent
Non-Slip Headband
STEP 1 (See Photo)
Position front and rear band as shown.
STEP 2 (See Photo)
Align plastic shield to front strap. Press self-tapping screw through sheet and into center hole. Tighten with screwdriver.
STEP 3 (See Photo)
Place front strap over rear strap and press 2 more screws through the sheet into their respective holes. Tighten with screwdriver.
STEP 4 (See Photo)
Press remaining 2 screws through the sheet into the opposite side holes of front strap only.
STEP 5 (See Photo)
Line up screws over side holes and tighten down with screwdriver.
STEP 6 (See Photo)
Thread headband through side adjustment slots and adjust for proper fit.
Note: The space between the front and rear strap will adjust down automatically when worn.
COMPLETE! (See Photo)
