This is a pistol grip for the airsoft sa80 replicas made by ICS. I've made this because i wanted to create a full black L85 for my own use.

Make sure to print with extra perimeters as the screw will grip into the material itself. It might be somewhat tough to get the screw in so perhaps using a power tool might be useful to get it going for the first time. There might be a possibility that some material will be pushed away by the screw, as long it grips well it shouldn't be a problem.

I started with the sa80 pistol grip by Saxonite but quickly found out that not only was it a uncomfortable model to hold it was also never going to fit on an ICS airsoft replica of the sa80. I've adjusted the shape a bit with blender to fit the ICS receiver, smoothed the model and made it much more comfortable to hold. As I'm somewhat rusty with modeling i guestimated the diameter of the screw hole for assembly. I then redid that part in tinkercad for more surface for the screw to hold onto.
