Summary
Needed a zip tie mount but no shops at sea :) Designed one to be printed in vase mode for better strength. V2 is the better version.

Notes:
Print in vase mode, 0.8mm external perimeter width. Adjust in PrusaSlicer SliceGapClosingRadius to something smaller than 0.049mm (screenshot shows just settings location) for proper slicing.
Post-Printing
Clean print, mount with your preferred method - double sided tape, epoxy glue, ...
How I Designed This
Took some head scratching to find a single contour shape for slicing but the end result is satisfactory.
