I needed to run an ethernet cable to my printer in my garage so I designed a cable clamp that uses 16 gauge panel nails to secure it to the wall.  I printed it out of Carbon Fiber PETG but you can use anything that will withstand a hit from a hammer

You may need to reduce/enlarge the model depending on the cable brand.
