A slim and lightweight guard, tailor made for my own knife. If you intend to use it for your own knife, it is almost certain that you need to make a copy of this model and adjust the dimensions to suit your needs. For this purpose, the model was made in onshape, the workspace can be found here.

Print instructions

• Use any stiff filament, PLA or PETG should work just fine.
• The model prints without support - the top stripes are printed purely using bridging. Make sure your printer is calibrated so that it can print such bridges without issues.
• To decrease filament use and weight even more, and to achieve the effect seen on the photos, use honeycomb infill, and set top and bottom layers to zero for the first 1.2mm
