After I attempted to build a tower or 2 Ikea Lack tables and put a huge printer on top of it the particle board Ikea Lack leg gave up on the weight and I almost dropped the printer on the floor.

Simple model on Fusion 360 to receive the 4 screws and used Glue hot gun to glue them in place. 

Print one model for each leg and use 4 wood screws (half-inch or 12 mm long screws).

The caster holes are 31 mm distance, check the casters before buy them to see if they will fit.

I printed with PETG 4 walls and 15% infill. I used a manual screwdriver to go slow threading the screws to avoid cracks.
