I wanted to find a way to place my tablet under my monitor with a discreet solution that’s easy to install and uninstall.

So, I created a tablet holder containing 9 extra-strong magnets to ensure that the weight of the tablet is comfortably supported.

The magnets are 8mm in diameter and 4mm in height.
This holder was created for the Samsung Tab S9 FE but will work with most tablets of similar size and weight.

You can add a cheap metal plate under a monitor stand to attach it to non-metallic surfaces. It also works vertically on sufficiently strong magnetic surfaces and can be used as a simple stand on a table as well.

Feel free, of course, to use the file and modify it for your tablet, magnets, or other needs, as long as you credit that you used this design.

You will need to pause your print just before the layer that covers the holes, insert your magnets, and then resume printing to seal the magnets.

Don’t hesitate to glue the magnets with super glue in the print before resuming the layer if your nozzle is attracted to the magnets.
