This is a small and quick print to produce a simple plastic cover for a key.  I needed this to tell the difference between a set of keys that are otherwise identical.  Black is garage, red is front door, yellow is back door, etc.  

This is a little specific to the keys I have had made but it can easily be tweaked, or maybe gives inspiration for your own similar design or remix :-)

PRINTING: 

The included stl file has the key cover orientated vertically on the print bed…so there are no overhangs.  I haven't tried printing this model “flat”, on one of its larger sides.  

When printing vertical I always add a 5mm brim as the edge that is on the print bed is small…it may be ok without the brim, just that I haven't tried it.
