Summary
I was missing the function of permanently switching on my Dyson V15 as it hurt my fingers when constantly pressing the Dyson's switch down.
With this thing, the handling becomes more convenient even though the space for holding the handle is a bit reduced, but it works fine with my paws.
You will need a short 4mm brass insert and a 4x30 mm countersunk screw.
The screw's length must be between 26 and 30 mm (total length).
Operate the thing with the index finger (on) and thumb (off).

Notes:
The higher the printer resolution, the smoother the switch will work.
Place the objects in the slicing software onto the surface that will work best for your printer.
If the parts do not perfectly fit after removing the support material, check the edges that were printed on the print bed. They might have a positive tolerance due to squeezing the melted filament too much onto the bed, especially if a textured one is used.
Might look nicer when printing the bolt in a different color than the housing parts.
Post-Printing
Weld a short 4mm brass insert (e.g. from CNC Kitchen) into the inner hole of the housing (red) and make sure it is plane to the inner surface.
Depending on your printer's accuracy, you might need to work on the holes so that the bolt in the holes and the bolt (green) against the connector (blue) are moving easily even under pressure.
Assembly:
First attach the housing (red) with the inserted bolt (green) from the right side on the Dyson.
Then put in the connector (blue) in. Finally, put the left cover plate (yellow) on and secure it with a 4x30 mm countersunk screw.
