While developing the Panic Button, I was asked for a version of the Arm Mount for M3 Heat Inserts so that it could be used for any purpose - and here it is!

Spacing between each hole is 30mm, so feel free to model/use whatever you'd like with it.

Would recommend heat inserts be 5-6mm deep to prevent shearing off, as well as your webbing/straps to be 1 inch wide maximum.
