Drive the Z-axis leadscrews on your Hypercube 300 with one motor and a belt with this parts set. You'll also need two 8-mm pillow-block bearings with setscrews, two 8-mm-bore GT2 pulleys, a 5-mm-bore GT2 pulley, a couple of 3-mm-bore GT2 smooth idlers, a 3-mm-bore toothed idler, and a 1220mm closed-loop belt.

Notes:
Print stepper_mount_mod.stl with supports. mount_cover.stl and Pillow_Block_Bearing_Spacer_fixed.stl don't need supports.
I needed Pillow\_Block\_Bearing\_Spacer\_fixed.stl because the original Pillow\_Block\_Bearing\_Spacer.stl wouldn't fit in the Misumi extrusions I'm using for my build. If the slots in your extrusions are a bit wider, Pillow\_Block\_Bearing\_Spacer.stl might work better for you. There used to be Z bearing holders for the top of the Z axis that held 608ZZ bearings, but like most anti-Z-wobble "solutions," I found they caused more problems than they solved, so I removed them.
