15 % infill
No support needed but the underside of the central hole can be a bit messy but will not affect the function.
PETG is recommended

You will need two M12 nuts (17,8 mm face-to-face) to press in on either side. If the threads of the nuts does not align properly, simply remove one nut and turn it 1/6 turn and try again. No glue needed.
