If a cable is running along an aluminium extrusion, you can print this thing and secure it. Zip-ties create a channel for the cable without holding it too tight. Zip-ties are prevented from sliding sideways. You also need:

• 2x M3 T-nuts
• 2x M3 8mm
• 2-3 zip-ties
