XL4015 DC-DC step-down (CC&CV) converter module case with DC-022B jack as input. Version without jack is here.

DC-022B (or, sometimes, 0022B) is 5.5x2.5/5.5x2.1/3.5x1.35, panel mount jack. You need to flatten the jack pins, preferably symmetrically in the center, so that they fit into the DC module.

Top part has several holes options - standart, led-only and blank - you can see them in the image. Bottom part also has standart and blank options.

The module has a horizontal coil. Since the layout of the module components varies depending on the manufacturer, see the image for approximate dimensions.

I used inside-out outline direction. If you use the same settings, print the bottom model with "gap0.4" suffix. It has a 0.2mm gap with the top part on each side, which will be "compensated" by the slicer and sagging. Use model w/o gap if you have a precise printer - in it, the sizes of the interlocking parts are equal.
