This is a remix of a remix. I liked @kayhoknee version of the stand, but I also liked the full circular version of @Bitterbuffalo so I just used Tinkercad and combined them. Took all of a couple of minutes.

I think supports touching the buildplate would be a good idea, but in cura you can use the "Support Blocker" and resize the support blocker cube so that there are no supports holding up the top of the circular anker charger holder. The overhang isn't too much and most printers should be able to handle it.
