This is a 3D-printable replacement handle for AL-KO clamp bolts (specifically type 643100), often found on trailer jockey wheels and other towing accessories. I use it on my Fendt Bianco Caravan. 

The original part has a cylindrical red plastic grip with a rounded end and an internal bore to accommodate a metal L-bolt. This version accurately replicates the shape and proportions, while also being fully parametric in OpenSCAD for easy customization.

OpenSCAD Model Overview

The OpenSCAD model uses a few easy-to-edit parameters, allowing you to change the dimensions to suit different bolt types or grip styles.

Parameters:

• l1: Length of cylindrical grip (default: 60 mm)
• d1: Diameter of grip (default: 20 mm)
• r_kugel: Radius of the rounded end (default: d1 / 2)
• bore_diameter: Diameter of internal bore (default: 10 mm)
• bore_depth: Depth of internal bore (default: 50 mm)

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or ASA for strength and outdoor use
• Orientation: Print standing upright with the rounded end on top
• Supports: Not needed if oriented vertically
• Infill: 40% or more recommended
