This is a spool holder that i made just for fun on tinkercad. It replaces the left back bracket on the Lulzbot AO-101. It does work, and makes switching filament easy for me.

UPDATE:
I had an idea to make the washers triangular so that they can both be printed at the same time ON the AO-101.

1. print 2 washers or the two triangular washers
2. print a spool bushing
3. print pin and cotter pins
4. assemble with the bushing in the spool

These cotter pins are much smaller, and you may have to take an Exacto knife to them to separate the tines on the pins (i had to).

Everything else printed fine, and did not need to be sanded or anything.

Remove the back left bracket on you lulzbot (the bracket by the enclosure) and replace with this.

by extending the spool mounting hole to give clearance between the bottom of the spool of filament and the power button.

Spool move fine, and has not hung up. it works. any suggestions would be cool.
