This is a set of models to create a custom rack for an Eurocard system with backplane. 

The basis is a single board guide, attached to the back plane with mounting parts. The Board Guide parts should be more or less the same for all Eurocard systems. The other parts depend on the height of the back plane board. The parts here are designed for this UniFLEX (and Flex) system.

As my backplane is for just three slots, I created a simplified three-slot guide too, with fixed card distance of 25mm. 

The other parts are a bit rudimentary, but the system isn't finished yet :-). 

The Eurocard standard describes multiple sizes of boards, the parts here are designed for the 160x100mm boards in a 3U 19" rack.

Printed with PETG, but other filament would probably work too. The OpenSCAD files are included. Use more perimeters for added rigidity, not more infill. Some of the OpenSCAD files are "Customizer"-compatible

Most screws are M3, but the holes in the backplane were smaller, so I used M2.5. The holes are not printed with threads, I cut threads by hand.
