M6 threads … Green are external threads for making screws and magenta are internal threads.  Use the magenta one that looks like a screw to subtract from your object.  Fun fact … scaling .5 made for perfectly workable M3 thread pitch .5 - M6 pitch is 1.  Not sure if they are perfectly all scalable like that across all metric threads, but my M3 screws fit perfectly :)
