Multimeter lead connector plug.
Redneck version of test lead pin jacks - I needed a solution now - to order, I would have had to wait 2 weeks.
The connector pins are from Deutsch 2 pin DT connector. You can buy the pins separate. You may need to force the leads into the pin to enlarge it, as I said redneck or alternatively drill them larger - that will require a bigger than 2mm drill as a 2mm is 1.9mm in size.
Push your wires through the bottom section before soldering on the wires - after soldering it is easy to pull the wires back through the bottom section - tpu will expand and then close up again.
Printed in Tpu98a. No supports. 20% infill. 35 minute print for both.
2 x DT solid connector pins - look for the ones with the green stripe 1,9mm id vs 1,8mm id - https://za.rs-online.com/web/p/crimp-contacts/0425793?gb=s
1 x 3mm brass insert - https://za.rs-online.com/web/p/threaded-inserts/0278534?searchId=92eecc27-35a6-40e9-aa7a-f2202b894987&gb=s
1 x 3 x 8mm cap screw. Wires.
Edit: Tpu is a bit unpredictable - have added top version 1.1 for more clearance where the pins fit in. The pins must sit flush with the housing - see pic.
