Summary
This is a mount for a Sunhokey 3D Printer Filament Run-out Sensor. It should work with any sensor mount that has 20mm mounting holes as shown in the picture. Instead of making just holes, there are two 6mm slots for a 3m bolt to pass through. This makes the sensor adjustable in the Y-axis direction. I did this so that the sensor can be positioned in such a way that it acts as a filament guide.
UPDATE: 2020-07-21 I added a second version that is much stiffer. Mine started to warp after different filament changes. Unless you're creative you'll need to print supports. I'm likely going to come up with a v3 that will remove that req but still not be a filament hog.

I made the thickness of the part so that the exit of the sensor was lined up with inlet hole on my extruder. This appeared to line up with the stock Creality one, but I didn't actually mount it back on my printer and test. In your slicing software you can scale just the Z-axis to achieve a taller or thinner height. I set the infill to 100% so that I didn't have a like 2 or 3 layers of infill before it made the top.
