Printing Tips

• Make sure the insert is printed upside-down, with the chamfers on top.
• Resize the 200mm version if you don't want to use the OpenSCAD customizer.
• You can also use the OpenSCAD customizer can be used to change the width, height, wall thickness, or chamfer.

Design Choices

• A 5mm chamfer was added to accommodate boxes with a lower lip.
• I wanted to copy a design from Chinese lattice windows to fit the theme of the box.
• The lattice design was selected to be compressible, have no corners, and slide in easily.
• The walls should not be too tall or it will be difficult to reach the bottom.
