Fit your stack of paper to be binded to find out correct binding wire size.

I am also attaching a hinge only part to make sure the tolerances (designed to b 0.2mm) work for you.

Printed in PLA, took about 1H37m, (20% cubic infill, 4 walls, 5 top/bottom solid layers as this a a working tool)

Nozzle: 0.4mm

layer height: 0.2mm (increasing this would compromise the hinge movement)
