My grandmother walks on crutches these days. Every time she sits down, she leans them against something. Sometimes they slip and fall. She always tries to pick them up herself “because she needs to be able to do that”. This poses a risk for her to fall over, so this is a simple design which I can print many times and plaster all over her favorite places so her crutches will fall over as little as possible.
V1 is just a simple angle bracket with a two arm design to stop the crutches from falling. Yes, it is overly large, but my grandma does not have the best motor skills anymore.
You can either glue it in place, or use a large (5cm/2") Binder clip around the middle part.
V2 is a remix with a table clamp. My grandparents like to sit outside at a table with a cover. The cover prevents them from permanently attaching something like V1 to the table, so this clamp is designed to clip to the table over the cover.
V2 needs Part B from the original clamp design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4610983/files
The knob for the screw could also be larger to be easier to turn for my grandparents, so I suggest something like this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5442878/files
