I printed these mudguards over a year ago and they held up nicely so far.  

You will obviously need some more small parts like screws and washers.  I used some old spokes of a 28 inch bike as the radial side supports. I also used zipties to fixate both parts from the back together.

Printing

• Use the step files - there are significantly less visible discretisations on the print. especially visible with shiny filaments.
• Fits on a 256x256 mm build plate - split to objects/parts in the slicer and then arrange the parts until it fits on the buildplate
• Print on its side
• The color changes in the picture are 5mm from top/ bottom away
• Tree supports might be sufficient
