made this from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5078887, I haven't test printed yet to see if the cutouts line up correctly yet but I will when my printer is free, just uploading in case if someone else wants to try and can get around to it before me.

Edit: I've printed it now all the holes are a bit too high and it doesn't work very well, going to make some adjustments and upload a new version when I have some time.

Edit2: v2 has the holes line up better, the fit still is a bit odd and what's left above the cutouts is so thin that it almost seems like it shouldn't be there at all. If anyone else wants to take a stab at it feel free. I might try and make one completely from scratch in fusion 360 but I'm not that great at it. I was also able to clear the caps without support without any issues.
