I needed something to hold the filaments that I was not using at the time, but needed available for color changes. The filament would usually stay in the enclosure, but sometimes, towards the end of the roll, it would spring out. And as everyone knows, an uncontrolled end leads to tangled spools.

I was not able to find anything on here, so I put my mind to making one.

Sized around #6 screws (4 mm screw holes) and designed to hold 5 filaments.

I use it screwed into the inside top of my enclosure, but may be mounted in any desired orientation.

They can clip in from the face, but I find it easier to trim the end after pulling the filament from the extruder and sliding it in from the side.
