This is a quick remix (20' in Freecad). It's possible to make it better, but it works.

Original plastic is gray (sort of) and probably it ìs hard to spot, so I suggest to use rainbow color (see photo) to mark your ports.

I Suggest front face on print plane, better on glass. Supports needed, a bit tricky to remove inside object.
