You'll want to test out the frames for each piece before printing them all out. You'll need 18 frames (ThinEdges) and one center piece in total. If the pieces don't fit, you can just incrementally change the scale of the part in Cura or whatever other slicer you use until it does. I recommend going by increments of .5%. I got the mirror segments from amazon.

You can probably find them elsewhere for cheaper, and amazon even has some other options, but there's no guarantee they'll fit.

The back of the mirror is plywood. Cut using a jigsaw and cleaned up with a mini hacksaw + some sanding. The paint is dead flat black INTERIOR paint I got from home depot.

I used spray adhesive to glue the frames onto the plywood.

To mount it I screwed the center it into a stud and put magnets on the inside walls of the center piece 3D printed part. I taped some magnets onto the center of the plywood for easy access to the mounting hardware. Used some washers with the screws as well.
