Magnetic Globe Light

This lamp attaches to metal surfaces such as office cabinets. It uses 4 19mm ceramic magnets

You should use an LED bulb in the candelabra cord set to avoid melting the plastic lamp. A night light bulb works well.

I used 19mm (.75 inch) magnets that I got from a craft store.

Post-Printing

Use cyanoacrylic glue to affix the magnets into the 4 cavities.

Remove the metal ring from the candelabra socket.

Feed the candelabra socket through the bottom of the lamp.

Press fit the candelabra socket into the printed insert.

Glue the insert/socket into the bottom hole of the lamp, making sure to line up the cord channel with the channel in the lamp.

Feed the power cord through the channel.

Hang the lamp on your favorite metal surface.
